If you need a utility bill, we’ll connect you with our partner Internet Service Provider. They work with you to set up an account in your business name and address. It can take up to a week to get your first utility bill sent via email.
- Receive Your EIN and Start Your Business
Your company is ready to submit the EIN and lease agreement or utility bill (if you need it) to your bank, payment processor, or e-commerce platform. If any questions arise, we will help troubleshoot and provide additional documentation.
There’s No Such Thing As An "Expedited EIN"
If you have an SSN or ITIN, you can apply for an EIN through the IRS online portal. The IRS will issue an EIN immediately. Our team is happy to help you with this process.
If you don’t have an SSN or ITIN, you must mail or fax a form to the IRS. Our team will do this form for you and fax it to the IRS, as we have found this to be the quickest method. The IRS is notoriously slow, so this can take several weeks. Sometimes the IRS issues the EIN in two weeks, but that’s a best-case scenario.
Some services will try to charge you more for an “expedited EIN”. There’s no such thing as an expedited EIN. These services are faxing the EIN just like us. The only difference is that they are calling the IRS, hoping that your EIN gets returned quickly to make more money from you. If we don’t hear from the IRS after two weeks, we will also call them until the EIN is sent. The same service, without being upsold.

Can you form a corporation?
Yes, we can file an S-Corp or C-Corp. You must select the corporation package. You should be aware of the tax implications of this before you purchase.
How Long Does it Take to Form an LLC in Wyoming?
Forming a Wyoming LLC is immediate when done online with the Secretary of State. Filing by mail may take up to 15 business days. Online filing is the quickest way to form a new business entity and the method we use to register your business
